My artworks are sold thorough this webshop, and shipped worldwide - please read below for UK, Azores, Madeira. If you do not find your country into the list at checkout, please contact me.

If the delivery has to be made to your workplace, please add company name into the delivery address

Azores and Madeira

Minimum order value for UK Customers
Due to the new tax laws implemented with Brexit, any shipments to the United Kingdom must be a minimum total value of €180. Any order placed that is lower than this amount will be cancelled and refunded.
Artworks have a processing time of 1- 7 days after checkout for packaging and shipping. They are professionally packaged to ensure safe and undamaged delivery.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs, vat and import taxes that may by applied in your country. I'm not responsible for any delivery that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from CCT Correios de Portugal to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Portugal.
Recess right
The recess rights are regulated by Direttiva 2011/83/UE, and Direttiva (UE) 2023/2673, which provide the possibility for the customer to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days counting from the day when you received the artworks. The customer must previously inform me by e-mail at info@obsolateart.com
The backshipping of the products is at charge of the customer. Products must be intact and into it's original form and package. Refund is made on the sole price of the artwork, and not on shipping rates or any import taxes you paid. Refund will be made within a 30 days from goods return time. Artworks damaged during the return process will not be refunded.
Commissioned and discounted items return
All commissioned artworks are final once the artwork has been started. No return or refund is possible. Discounted items can't be returned too.
Return of damaged items
I provide the safest possible package for you artworks, but a damage may occur anyway. Contact me immediately if your artwork arrives damaged. You have 14 days from delivery date to notice me the occurrence, and return the artwork in its original condition and packaging. Please take clear pictures of the ouside of the package and of the damaged item and forward them to me. Keep the packaging for insurance purposes.
A full refund of the original amount paid for the artwork will be issued upon receipt and inspection for damage. If the painting has been damaged but not reported upon its arrival, if the item is lost or furtherly damaged within the returning process, no refund will be made.
Any returning cost as shipping, customs, VAT, additional Fees, that occur during returning process will be paid by buyer.
The Customer
The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete delivery data. Specify the company name, if the delivery has to be made to your workplace.
It is customer's responsibility to follow package tracking at CTT Correios de Portugal : Tracking page Link
I'm not not responsible for the failure to delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or in absence of the customer at the time of delivery, or unclaimed packages, or returns due to unpaid import fees, when any of these reasons leads to the loss of the package. If instead the goods are returned intact to ObsoLate Art, the customer can request re-sending, upon payment of the additional shipment.
The customer agrees and subscribes these terms at the moment of purchase of my ArtWorks.
